SIPerior Homes
Located in Chico, California, SIPerior Homes serves Northern California. We are composed of two environmentally concerned home builders who over the years have realized the short-comings of traditional stick-and-batting construction, who have scrutinized various alternative construction methods, and who have identified Structural Insulated Panels as the superior home building material with which to promote “green building”.

Bill Yoskowitz
Bill is a General Contractor and the owner of Woodwrighte Construction. He focuses on residential construction, remodeling, and rehabilitation. In his nearly 20 years of experience, he has had the opportunity to examine a number of renewable building configurations. After realizing the shortcomings of stick framed homes, he has come to embrace SIP construction as the most viable way to provide sustainable “green” structures that leave a lighter footprint on the world.

Todd Harris
Raised in Chico, Todd has worked in the construction field for over 20 years. He has assisted in the construction of several homes and has built his own SIP home. He earned a minor in architecture, holds a BS in Building Inspection Technology, has worked as a Building Inspector, and has studied various alternative construction methods. He currently builds SIP homes, is a designer, and creates complete working drawings.
